OSHA 10 or 30

m in 3 person minimum required per OSHA

           Day 1 Maximum amount of time allowed in class per OSHA regulations - 7 1/2 hours

           Day 2 Minimum amount of  time allowed - 2 1/2 hours

OSHA 10 hour General Industry:

This Training program is intended to provide entry level workers information about their right to understand, employer resposibilities, and how to file a complaint as well as how to identify, abate, avoid and prevent job related hazards.

Introduction to OSHA, Walking and Working Surfaces, Exit Routes, Emergency Action Plans, Fire Prevention Plans, Fire Protection, Electrical, Personal Protective Equipment, Hazard Communication, Hazardous Materials, Bloodborne Pathogens, and Fall Protection.

OSHA 10 Hour Construction:

This training program is intended to provide entry level construction workers information about their rights, employer responsibilities, and how to file a complaint as well as how to identify, abate, avoid and prevent job related hazards on a construction site. The training covers a variety of construction safety and health hazards which a worker may encounter at a construction site.

Introduction to OSHA, Focus Four Hazards (Falls, Electrical, Struck By, Caught in or Between), Personal Protective and Lifesaving Equipment, Health Hazards in Construction, Excavations, Stairways and Ladders, Tools - hand and and power, and Scaffolding.

Session 3 - Fire Protection, Confined Space Entry, Excavation
Session 4 - Respiratroy Protection, Hydrogen Sulfide, Hazardous Atmospheres
Session 5 - Medic First Aid / CPR.
